- 8:30 AM – 9:15 AM: Arrival & Welcome/Icebreaker Activities
- 9:15 AM – 12:00 AM:Legends Kickboxing & Self Defense Session:
- Fundamentals of kickboxing techniques (age-appropriate)
- Self-defense strategies and awareness
- Physical fitness drills, agility, and coordination
- Discipline, focus, and respect development
- 10:15 AM – 10:30 AM: Snack Break (participants bring their own nut-free snack)
- 12:00 AM – 12:30 AM: Real Life Skills & Empowerment Session (Theme-Based):
- Monday: Communication & Teamwork (active listening, expressing ideas, collaboration)
- Tuesday: Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking (brain teasers, scenario-based challenges)
- Wednesday: Leadership & Responsibility (understanding roles, making positive choices)
- Thursday: Emotional Intelligence & Resilience (identifying emotions, coping strategies)
- Friday: Goal Setting & Achievement (creating achievable goals, celebrating progress)
- 12:30 AM – 12:45 AM: Wrap-up, Reflection, and Positive Affirmations
- 12:45 AM – 1:00 PM: Dismissal
What to Bring
- All campers should wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.
- Campers should just bring a snack and a water bottle.
- Bring boxing gloves and shin guards if you have them.
